Sherri Lassila

Sherri Lassila is a seasoned executive coach and leadership facilitator with over 20 years of experience working with leaders from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She draws on her business acumen, psychological insight, and extensive mindfulness training to blend transformational inner work with practical and powerful results. Sherri is known for helping talented leaders unleash higher potential in themselves and their teams, shift previously hard-to-change patterns, and thrive in environments of complexity and change. She is deeply committed to helping clients achieve meaningful development goals while accessing greater self-awareness, fulfillment, and flow.  In addition to her coaching practice, Sherri leads executive women’s peer advisory groups and serves on the faculty of Aletheia Coaching, where she trains and mentors other coaches in helping clients evolve the deeper assumptions, habits, and patterns that shape how they lead, so they can make wiser choices and create more meaningful impact.

Education. Sherri holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in Education from Stanford, and a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Cornell University.  She has trained with the Coaches Training Institute, Integral Coaching Canada, and Aletheia Coaching.
