For almost two decades, Raph has coached and advised Fortune 100 and startup executives. He combines strategic & operational experience and helps clients and teams drive towards clarity and alignment – whether it is for their long-term vision, unlocking higher team performance or revamping their organizational culture. Prior to Trium, Raph led strategy teams at Google for almost 10 years. His work included launching and growing multi-billion-dollar businesses, developing and prioritizing long-term product and strategic roadmaps, orchestrating international M&A and driving large-scale operational efficiencies. Raph was previously a consultant at McKinsey and an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. Raph is a competitive endurance athlete and was ranked top 1% in the world (top 150) for Ironman 70.3. He is an active mentor, ally and coach to multiple under-represented communities.
