Natalie Marchant

Natalie is focused on creating greater levels of cohesion, connection, and performance on Trium’s team. As Trium’s COO, she oversees business development, people, internal operations, and strategic initiatives. Before joining Trium, Natalie led corporate partnerships for Crisis Text Line, integrating with tech products to help thousands of people in crisis receive help. Prior to that, Natalie spent 6 years at Google and YouTube in ad sales and content sponsorships, building YouTube’s strategy to monetize its most premium content. Natalie holds a BS in Economics and Social Entrepreneurship from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Natalie grew up in Milwaukee, WI and is a loyal Packers fan.
