Having spent almost two decades leading Human Resources and People Operations teams and providing HR Consulting for a variety of organizations including non-profit and family offices, Monique is passionate about creating an excellent employee experience. From helping team members navigate periods of transition at a professional services technology firm, to creating policies and processes at a national nonprofit organization, Monique specializes in guiding companies and their people through significant change. Offering a human-centered approach, Monique thrives on fostering clarity and ease among her colleagues. As a lifelong learner, she has earned several certifications in her field, including SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credentials. When not supporting her teammates at Trium, Monique enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, as well as her Bernese mountain dog.
