He works with organizational leaders and their teams, from different industries around the globe, assisting them to establish and drive their vision, develop their leadership skills, and lead change and organizational excellence effectively. Before working as an independent coach, Miguel was as a global leader in the technology industry and has held several senior leadership roles in the areas of General Management, Sales, Business Development, and Operations. As a global organizational leader and General manager, he led multicultural and cross-functional teams through multiple and challenging business dynamics, including managing multi-product and services P&L, executing operational turnarounds, delivering aggressive revenue, profitability, and market share growth and M&A integration activities. Miguel was born in Brazil, but has lived in the USA since 1998 and speaks fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
