At Trium, Meghan serves as a trusted partner to leadership, fostering the clarity, alignment, and connection that allow teams to deliver exceptional results for their clients. Before joining Trium, Meghan led operations for a high-growth HR technology startup in the employee engagement space, where she developed a deep appreciation for the intersection of people, process, and purpose in driving business success. She studied communications at UC Santa Barbara and began her career as a Certified Shorthand Reporter, serving as an officer of the court in the State of California. A native San Franciscan now based in Santa Barbara, Meghan brings grounded perspective and thoughtful intentionality to her work, inspired by the beauty and balance of the California coast.
