Driven to create community and structure, Jared serves with alacrity within the coaching operations team to empower Trium’s clients. Prior to joining Trium, Jared worked in Leader Development at The Marcus Buckingham Company (an ADP Company), supporting its founder as well as managing the experience and day-to-day operations of a large team of coaches and facilitators. He has supported many executives in the C-suite, as well as supported the general counsel of a private equity firm. While originally from New England, he resides in Los Angeles and enjoys cooking, hiking and viewing classic cinema in his spare time.
