Growing up in Mysuru, India, I spent countless hours in a dusty bookstore, flipping through books that opened new worlds for me. It was there, during high school, that I discovered Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which sparked a lifelong passion for self-development and personal mastery. Since then, an annual planner has been my constant companion.

Life got busier when I headed off to Delhi University. After university, I joined PwC, working in New Delhi before joining their New York City office. Earning my MBA from Harvard Business School led to roles at Marakon and later Deloitte, where I led strategy projects across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

In 2010, during a high-pressure project, I faced a major turning point. One cold January day, I collapsed in Times Square due to physical exhaustion from burnout. I had been pushing myself beyond my limits for years, and it finally caught up with me. That moment forced me to confront my choices and take responsibility for my career and my well-being. It was a wake-up call that pushed me to reconnect with the practices that once fueled my growth—meditation, self-inquiry, and personal mastery. 

Since 2018, I’ve dedicated myself to helping executives and leadership teams master themselves to unlock their full potential. I work with senior leaders who are navigating high-stakes decisions, team dynamics, and personal pressures. By blending strategy with mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness, I help leaders overcome external and internal barriers and lead with clarity and purpose. My mission is simple: help leaders lead themselves so that they can lead others.

For the past two decades, New York City has been home. My wife and I love the city’s energy – its food, arts, and endless neighborhoods to explore. I enjoy running in Central Park and playing tennis, and at the end of every summer, you’ll most likely find me at the US Open.
