Francesca is passionate about supporting individuals and teams in their professional and personal growth journeys. She brings her enthusiasm for developing effective systems and processes to help the Trium team deliver meaningful impact for our clients. Prior to joining Trium, Francesca worked in the startup space, at a recruiting agency where she partnered with growth stage startups to help scale their revenue-generating teams and in partnerships at a VC-backed company. Francesca holds a BS in Business Marketing from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring new places and cultures, and being a dog mom to her pup, Piper.
