Cindy is dedicated to helping teams do their best work by building effective processes, fostering collaboration, and maintaining open communication. Prior to joining Trium, she built her career at creative studios in client services and project management for major brands including Disney, Google, McDonald’s, Clorox, Benefit Cosmetics, and Wynn Resorts. Through this work, she honed her skills in navigating complex challenges with clarity, efficiency, and a touch of humor. Cindy holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and is PMP certified. Away from work, she can usually be found working with her hands at the ceramics studio, attempting to keep her two cats from “collaborating” on her knitting projects, or visiting the best bakeries in the Bay Area with her husband and husky.
