Chris is an accomplished executive coach and facilitator, having led programs teaching leadership and management skills to over 10,000 people across multiple industries and countries. He has three decades of experience improving how organizations, teams, and individuals work. Chris is one of the original developers of Commitment-based Management, one of the major management innovations of the past thirty years, and his master’s thesis was one of the first papers on ontological coaching. He is the founder and CEO of Stratam, a strategic partner of Trium’s focused on creating masterpiece cultures (listen to our One of One podcast on Leadership as Masterpiece Creation with Chris). He is also a serious student of Eastern philosophy, a lifelong gamer, and—with his daughter—a horseback rider.
