With a BA in Communications from Columbia College and an MS in Administrative Leadership in Adult Learning from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and empathy to every project. Driven by a love for process improvement, Cara excels at designing and refining operational workflows to boost efficiency and precision. Outside of work, Cara enjoys spending time with her pets and fiancée, Meaghan, reading, exploring the outdoors, and quilting.
