We are thrilled to open nominations for the 2026 Cohort of Impact 100 — the second year of our 10-year vision and $15 million commitment to support one hundred of the world’s most visionary non-profit CEOs and Executive Directors.
We are so proud to have supported the remarkable leaders who were part of our inaugural cohort in 2025, whom you can hear from directly below. We’re excited to build upon this strong foundation with a new cohort of non-profit leaders in 2026. Now more than ever, we need leaders in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors who are committed to building organizations that positively impact the world. Each member of the 2026 Cohort will receive pro bono access to Trium’s world-class resources, designed to accelerate leadership development and organizational impact in profound ways. This includes 1:1 bi-weekly executive coaching, a personalized 360 assessment, access to Trium’s extensive IP, cohort development and community experiences.
We are seeking seasoned nonprofit CEOs and Executive Directors who are at a meaningful inflection point in their leadership and motivated to take their impact to the next level. To ensure breadth and diversity of perspective, we are intentionally looking across organization size, industry, and impact geography (global and local), with the core requirement that nominees lead a US-based 501(c)(3).
Our mission for over 25 years has been Changing the World by Changing the Way Business Leaders Think. Our belief is that the highest point of leverage in any organization is the CEO. This initiative more explicitly includes the non-profit sector within our mission and theory of change and formally acknowledges our existing support of many extraordinary non-profit leaders. Our hope is that the ripple effect of supporting these leaders will be felt throughout the world and for generations to come. We are deeply honored and excited to be partnering with these exceptional leaders in doing this work.
To nominate a non-profit CEO or Executive Director, please fill out the form below by October 15, 2025. We plan to publicly announce the 2026 Cohort in January 2026.
