We are thrilled to formally announce our Impact 100 Initiative — our 10-year vision and $15 million commitment to support one hundred of the world’s most visionary non-profit CEOs and Executive Directors.

Now more than ever, we need leaders in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors who are committed to building organizations that positively impact the world. Each member of the 2025 Cohort will receive pro bono access to Trium’s world-class resources, designed to accelerate leadership development and organizational impact in profound ways. This includes 1:1 bi-weekly executive coaching for 12 months, a personalized 360 assessment, access to Trium’s extensive IP, and in-person and virtual cohort development and community experiences.

Our mission for over 25 years has been Changing the World by Changing the Way Business Leaders Think. And our belief is that the highest point of leverage in any organization is the CEO. This initiative more explicitly includes the non-profit sector within our mission and theory of change and more formally acknowledges our existing support of many extraordinary non-profit leaders. Our hope is that the ripple effect of supporting 100 leaders will be felt throughout the world and for generations to come. We are deeply honored and excited to be partnering with these exceptional leaders in doing this work.
