Impact 100 is our 10-year vision and $15 million commitment to support one hundred of the world’s most visionary non-profit CEOs and Executive Directors.

Now more than ever, we need leaders in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors who are committed to building organizations that positively impact the world.

Each member of the 2026 Cohort will receive pro bono access to Trium’s world-class resources, designed to accelerate leadership development and organizational impact in profound ways. This includes one year of 1:1 bi-weekly executive coaching, a personalized 360 assessment, access to Trium’s proprietary leadership frameworks, and curated experiences.

Our mission for over 25 years has been Changing the World by Changing the Way Business Leaders Think. Our belief is that the highest point of leverage in any organization is the CEO. This initiative more explicitly includes the non-profit sector within our mission and theory of change and formally acknowledges our existing support of many extraordinary non-profit leaders. Our hope is that the ripple effect of supporting these leaders will be felt throughout the world and for generations to come. We are deeply honored and excited to partner with these exceptional leaders in doing this work.
