Straddling the worlds of sports, business and academia, Claire holds an MBA and PhD specializing in English and Communications and has won medals in synchronized swimming at the Olympics. Claire holds a coaching certification from the International Coaching Federation and serves as an Adjunct Professor of Communications and Management at the University of Toronto.
